Most of our websites are already pre-built and designed before we reach out. That means delivery is fast - typically within a few days of confirming your details. Revisions on Standard builds take up to 5 business days per round. Premium revisions are faster, at up to 2 business days per round.
That's what revisions are for. Standard builds include 1 round of revisions - you can request layout tweaks, content changes, or adjustments to colours and photos. Premium builds include 3 rounds of revisions with a faster turnaround, plus an early design preview so you can give feedback before we finalise.
Once your revisions are complete and we've handed over the final HTML files, the build is considered finished. No further support, changes, or fixes are included with the one-time build. If you need ongoing updates or help down the line, that's exactly what our managed plans are for.
Every build includes 1 year of a live custom domain. After that year, the domain will expire unless you're on a managed plan. Both the Essential (£10/month) and Growth (£25/month) plans keep your domain active for as long as you're subscribed - so your site stays live without interruption.
You get a live website on your own custom domain, plus the complete HTML source files. The website is fully yours. If you ever want to move it to your own hosting, you have everything you need.
Minor updates include things like changing opening hours, updating a phone number, swapping a photo, adjusting text, or small content tweaks. They don't include full redesigns or adding entirely new sections - that would fall under the quarterly design refresh on the Growth plan.
Yes, anytime. There's no contract or lock-in. If you cancel, your site will remain live until the end of your current billing period. After that, hosting and domain renewal will stop unless you make your own arrangements.
